Rule 25
Work, Duties and Rights of the Chairman Subject to the
Act and other provisions written in this regulation, the work, duties and rights of the Chairman shall be as follows:-
(a) Determining the priority of matters to be discussed at the meeting of the Council,
(b) To monitor and evaluate the plans and programs run by the Council, and to give necessary instructions in this regard,
(c) To conduct the work of the Council in a systematic, efficient and orderly manner,
(D) To do all other tasks that should be done as the head of the organization.
